The name Haigh’s has been synonymous with fine chocolates since 1915 and they are the oldest family-owned chocolate manufacturing retailer in Australia. If you think all chocolates taste the same, you should visit a Haigh’s shop, or their factory!

The humble pigeon has been elevated to new heights with the installation at the intersection of Rundle Mall and Gawler Place of ‘Pigeon’, a homage to those feathery urban dwellers that inhabit many city centres, including our own Rundle Mall.
Nationally and internationally recognised South Australian artist Paul Sloan is the creator of Pigeon, which will stand over two metres tall and is crafted out of mirrored stainless steel.
Paul’s vision was to raise the status of the humble pigeon from an overlooked, ubiquitous creature to the realm of awe and wonder.
Light’s Vision is a lookout on Montefiore Hill, North Adelaide. Created in 1938, the lookout was built as a stage for its centrepiece, the life-size bronze statue of Adelaide’s founding father, Colonel William Light.
Light was responsible for fixing and surveying the site of the City of Adelaide in the summer of 1837 and today his statue stands on Montefiore Hill, looking out at the city he was instrumental in founding.
Visitors to Light’s Vision can still enjoy its sweeping views of the park lands and the city, although today the view is somewhat constrained by the stands around the Adelaide Oval.
This sculpture can be found off King William Road, outside the cricket ground.
Sir Donald George Bradman, AC (27 August 1908 – 25 February 2001), often referred to as “The Don”, was an Australian international cricketer, widely acknowledged as the greatest batsman of all time. Bradman's career Test batting average of 99.94 has been cited as the greatest achievement by any sportsman in any major sport.
Bradman rose to acclaim in Australia and overseas in the first half of the 20th century during times of hardship, depression and even war. Although he retired from playing cricket in 1948, and passed away in 2001, he still remains one of the most talked about sports persons of the past 100 years.
